I have been going to Eye Depot for several years. The staff is very attentive to all the customers’ needs. I highly recommend Eye depot for all eye care needs.

Pleasant experience all around. The front end staff were helpful and friendly. The optometrist really took time with all members of our family and we didn't feel rushed. My young daughter was nervous about going but was made to feel super comfortable.

my appt started off a little shaky due to a misunderstanding on my part or at least i'm accepting my share of the blame but the eye exam was professional and also thorough...and everything went great for the rest of my experience at direct optical...i left as a pleased customer...this will become an annual event for me

From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I highly recommend DePoe Eye Center of Macon.

Honestly the best around, I had an emergency and I was able to get in basically next day. The care given was out of this world. The sweetest staff that made me feel comfortable through a not so comfortable visit. Thanks depoe for your kindness and big hearts.

Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and kind. The doctor is great, and AJ and Emily are always wonderful to speak with and so helpful. Great experience at the Senoia location for Depoe. Dr. SeaCat, Emily, and the other members of the team were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt like they were very thorough with my eye exam.

Very friendly staff. Both mine and my daughter's appts were nice and easy. The McDonough square location is by far better than the other location off 20/81.

I just had my eye exam today and this was the most thorough and great eye exam I have ever experienced and I am 65 years old .. The staff was very friendly , professional.. and on time ..Dr. Katherine Everette, O.D. was the best eye doctor I have ever seen . In the past two different the eye centers sold me glasses and I could not wear them without getting sick. .. it made my vision off.. today I learn I have 20 / 25 .. I did not need everyday eye glasses just reading glasses . I am so disappointed in the last two eye doctors clinic who sold me glasses that I truly did not need . A waste of my hard earned money $1,000.00 down the toilet.. I am recommending this clinic to all my family and friends ..best ever ..

I wish I could give less than a 1 star rating for this location. I booked my Twin an appointment 2 - 3 weeks out and the day before the appointment, I get a call telling me they have water damage and need to reschedule. Things happen so I accepted the reschedule for the following week. Again, I get a call today 9/16/2026 @ 4:30 pm confirming my appointment for tomorrow and the appointment is for the wrong time. The lady I was speaking to was not very knowledgeable about the scheduling so I asked for the officer manager. Very nasty,rude and unprofessional. I was interrupted in a very unprofessional manner and over talked. She made me feel as if my concerns were a bother to her. This is not a good feeling for a first time client who is entrusting her children to be cared for by them. I would not recommend this location. Update to my original post. I received a call from Ms.Rojas from the corporate office and let me tell you she was amazing. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She allowed me to keep my original appointment and reassured me things would go smoothly. I arrived for my appointment and I am very impressed with the level of service we received, from Ally who offered a warm welcome to Ms . Woods who was professional and attentive. The office was very clean and inviting and at a comfortable temperature. Thank you De Poe for turning a bad experience into an AWESOME experience.

This place is amazing!!! I haven’t had my eyes checked in almost 6 years and they made sure everything was good. The doctor was able to answer all my questions and then when it was time to get my glasses the staff was amazing! She was able to tell me good price points in my budget and if they were good quality. The add ons were not pressured, she actually added all the add ons that my insurance covered and told me so I could remove any I didn’t want. When we talked about transitions, she was able to inform me about how they work and they had a cheaper alternative because they were not supposed to be used as sunglasses. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality doctor and staff for vision!

Dr.Kim,Kayla, Kate and Rachel was awesome from start to finish!!They delivered excellent customer professional care and services. I have found me a new home the best eye doctor on the southside in McDonough, Georgia. I didn’t only order a pair of glasses. I got blue sapphire contacts as well. The Eye DePoe has an inviting atmosphere. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Dr. Caudelle was patient and attentive to my eye health concerns. He did not make me feel rushed or insignificant. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a qualified eye doctor who has “good bedside manners.”

The lady at the front desk cleaned my glasses carefully and replaced the nosepads very quickly and for free, and they were serving multiple customers at the same time. Feels great to walk out with clean glasses!

It was a very good experience with all the staff in Milan eye care. Dr. Greenberg is wonderful and very patient. I recommend everyone to have a visit with him and have a peaceful mind like mine.

Everything went pretty smoothly no delays good experience. I walked in to make an appointment. One day was told needed a referral. Later, my wife walked in and got me an appointment without the referral.

Within 5 minutes of arrival, my appointment started. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Doctor was thorough, and explained things in an understandable, and helpful way. I highly recommend Milan Eye Center!
